Baked Oatmeal

Wonderful breakfast oatmeal. Even those who don't usually like oatmeal like this recipe. Great for company or to make in the beginning of the week and have a slice each day for breakfast!

Baked Oatmeal

3/4 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1T+1t baking powder
2t salt
6 cups oatmeal
2 cups milk
options: raisins, cinnamon, apple chunks, nuts, blueberries, etc

Beat together oil and sugar. 
Add eggs. 
Add the rest of the ingredients until well combined (it should be soupy). 
Pour into greased 9X13 pan and bake 45 minutes at 350*. 

Serve warm in slices dry or with milk.
(I personally like to top mine with milk and then nuke for 30 seconds to warm up the milk)
