Corn Casserole

This recipe quickly became of holiday classic! (Originally from Amanda Seasock)


Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
1 stick butter (melted)
2 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 can kernal corn (do not drain)
1 8.5oz box of corn bread mix

Beat together eggs and butter

Add sour cream and both cans of corn

Add corn bread mix. 

Pour into greased square baking pan

Bake 1 hour at 350*
